Unable to get Local Internet Information Server Screen
When you run Visual Studio from Windows Vista and goto publish tab and browse for the "Publishing Folder Location" to might get below screen when you click on Local IIS

because by default in Windows Vista, applications dont run under the admin priveleges even you are logged in as an administrator.
To resolve this just close your Visual Studio and run it again like this
